Each person has days when they feel blue, worn out and depressed. That's completely normal, everyone needs to have days like this, any other way how would you know when you are in good mood. You need to have something to contrast your hopefulness with. What is beauty without ugliness?

Although pleasant people keep a positive attitude by gallantly accepting gloominess and hard times as central parts of life, while trying to sort out their problems. This also makes them more pleasant to be with and energizes their private lives.


4. Enjoy some music that you like. It doesn't have to be anything unique, just something you enjoy. Some types of music work better than others, but experiment and see what works for you. Research has proved that Harmonious music and new age music work best.

5. Take a break for few minutes from whatever you are doing, and take ten long breaths with your eyes closed.

6. Meditate. Meditation is an excellent habit to enroot. It will serve you in all that you do. If you are an individual who has a hard time sitting still, then try some special meditation CDs or DVD's that coax your brain into the meditative state. Just search for "Meditation music" on Google or Yahoo and explore.

Our outside world is simply a reflection of our inside world. Keep in mind there is no matter just your feeling of it. Use this principle to your favor. On any occasion you are gloomy, realize that it is all in your mindset and you do have the command to change your mentality. These suggestions will help you lift your spirit when its feeling down, however don't just exploit them when you are low-spirited. Try and practice them every day, make them a habit.
